Fomomento is the event operations platform for professional organizers. Ticketing, schedule, vendors, tasks, and the door, held in one system. Every detail stays caught, so your attention stays on the event itself.
Most organizers run on a pile of tools that were never meant to talk to each other. Tickets in one platform. The schedule in a spreadsheet. Vendor contracts in your inbox. Tasks in your head. Every tool needs feeding, and every handoff is a place for something to go missing. You spend your best hours maintaining the plumbing instead of running the event.

In orbit
Everything in orbit.
Fomomento gathers your event in one place and connects the moving pieces. Your tickets know your schedule. Your tasks know your schedule. Your vendors know your schedule, and your tasks can track your vendors too. One source of truth, every part aware of the rest.
Change a venue, and the schedule cascades without another click. The affected blocks move, ticket holders are told, the vendors involved are notified, and the tasks anchored to that slot follow. You make one decision. Fomomento carries it everywhere it belongs, and everyone who needs to know, knows.

What it holds
What Fomomento holds.
One platform, the full operation. Here is what runs inside it.
Ticketing that handles the hard parts.
Sell tickets with tax done right. Fomomento computes UK and EU VAT at the moment of sale, freezes it onto each ticket, and issues gap-free, per-jurisdiction invoices your accountant will accept. Payouts settle straight to your own Stripe account.
Schedules built for real events.
Multiple stages, multiple days, blocks and sessions. Sell tickets before the venue is even confirmed. Your public timeline is drawn from the same schedule you plan with, so it is always current.
Weather that watches your outdoor dates.
Every scheduled block gets a hyperlocal forecast, so your open-air dates see the weather coming and you can plan around it early.
Vendor and collaborator coordination.
Speakers, sponsors, caterers, crew. Keep every contact, every document you need from them, and every contract in one place. Send a link, collect what you asked for, and see at a glance who is still outstanding. Open calls and call-for-papers included.
Production tasks that understand your plan.
A task list that knows dependencies and contingencies. Set work to run only if something else succeeds, or only if it fails. Overdue items surface themselves. Nothing waits on your memory.
Rapid comms when plans move.
Reach every attendee or every collaborator in one send, and see exactly who received it. When something changes at short notice, the whole room hears it at once.
The door.
Check people in from any phone, with no login and no app store. Pair a device in seconds, search by name or scan a code, and keep working even when the venue wifi does not.
Public pages and embeddable widgets.
Every event gets a public page. Drop your schedule, tickets, or sponsor lineup onto your own site with a single line of code. Your branding, your domain, your data.
Only what you need
Start with only what you need.
Not every event needs vendors, tasks, or a weather view. Fomomento's core (scheduling, ticketing, attendance) is always on. Everything else is a Flow you switch on when it earns its place.
You can start small on scope, too. Fomomento plans in cycles, so you can run a single edition or planning period inside it and leave the rest of your operation where it is. Try it on one event, then widen when you are ready.

Built for load
Built for organizers with a lot to manage.
Fomomento is for professionals carrying real operational load: festival and conference producers, workshop and training organizers, and teams running dozens of events a year. If you are capable enough to want control of your own stack but tired of being its maintenance crew, this was built for you.

Where it sits
Where Fomomento sits.
Most event management software sits at one of two extremes: ticketing tools stop at the sale and enterprise platforms need a department to run them. Fomomento gives one professional the reach of a full operations team: broad enough to run the whole event, light enough that you actually drive it. It sits beside the tools you already trust and quietly retires the glue between them.
The horizon hides nothing
Transparent by default.
Free while we are in private beta.
When pricing arrives, you will see it in plain numbers, with notice, before you owe anything.
Your money stays yours.
Ticket revenue settles directly into your own Stripe account. Fomomento never holds your funds.
Tax handled to the letter.
UK and EU VAT computed, frozen at the moment of sale, and invoiced in gap-free sequences per jurisdiction.
Built with organizers, not at them.
Fomomento grew out of the day-to-day pain of the organizers we built it with, and the beta exists to keep it honest.
Free in beta
Free while we build it right.
Fomomento is free for everyone in the private beta. We are keeping the group small so we can onboard each organizer properly and shape the product around real events. Pricing comes after beta, announced openly and early. No surprise invoices, and no card required to start.

The horizon
Nothing slips past.
We are onboarding a small group of professional organizers across the United Kingdom and Poland. Tell us about your events and we will be in touch about access.
Your request is in. We read every one personally and will reach out if you are a fit for this round of the beta. Expect to hear from us within a few days.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What does "beta" mean for my events and my money?
Beta means controlled access while we onboard organizers one at a time. The payment and ticketing paths are production-grade and already run real events. Buyers pay through Stripe, and funds settle directly into your account.
Do I have to move my whole operation over to try it?
No. Fomomento plans in cycles, so you can run one edition or planning period inside it and leave everything else exactly where it is. Adopt it for a single event, see how it feels, and widen from there.
Can I export my data?
Ticket sales data exports to CSV today. The rest of your event data does not export yet, and broader portability is on our roadmap. Because Fomomento wires everything together (schedules, vendors, tasks, tickets), that depth is hard to flatten into a file, and we would rather build export properly than badly. We will always be straight with you about what is and is not portable.
Do I have to replace all my current tools?
No. Fomomento runs your event operations end to end and sits comfortably next to the tools you want to keep. Most organizers find the glue between their old tools simply stops being necessary.
Why not self-host an open-source ticketing tool, or build it on a ticketing API myself?
You could — you're capable enough, and that was never the question. The real one is whether running a custom event system is the work you want to be doing. A chef who builds a cooking robot has stopped cooking. Your craft is the event, not the machine that runs it. Fomomento carries the plumbing — UK and EU VAT kept correct as the rules change, payouts reconciled, gap-free invoices your accountant and tax office accept, someone on call the morning it matters — so your attention stays where it belongs. The control, without becoming its maintenance crew.
Is my ticket revenue safe?
Yes. Sales go through Stripe and settle straight into your own connected Stripe account. Fomomento never holds your funds.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can run an event, you can run Fomomento. Embedding a widget on your own site takes one line of code, and everything else is point and click.
Which regions do you support?
Fomomento is live for organizers in the United Kingdom and Poland today, with full UK and EU VAT handling. More of EMEA is on the way, and the access form is the fastest way to hear when yours opens.
How much will it cost later?
We will publish pricing openly before beta ends, with enough notice that nothing is a surprise. Early adopters will be looked after.
